Weight Watchers Crock Pot Creamy Ranch Chicken

When on Weight Watchers a big key to success is learning how to cook good, hearty meals at home that sustain you without breaking your points. This can be a big challenge for those of us who are busy and can’t find time to cook every day. This recipe is easy to do and takes only a few ingredients. I think its perfect for a quick weeknight healthy meal.


Weight Watchers Crock Pot Creamy Ranch Chicken

Serves:Calories: 570 WW SP: 6


  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 6 medium Russet potatoes, cut into 2-inch pieces
  • 1 bag baby carrots
  • 1  (23 oz.) can condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 (1 oz.) packet Hidden Valley Ranch dressing mix 
  • 1/2 cup milk

Spray your crockpot with nonstick spray and add your russet potatoes and carrots. Lay the chicken breasts on top, Mix your soup, ranch packet, and milk in a small bowl and pour over your chicken. Cover and cook on high for 5 hours or on low for 8 hours. Top with some parsley if desired!
