10 Amazing Drugstore Makeup Dupes for 2020!

My dupe posts seem to be some of my readers’ favorites and I am happy to do more! These posts can take a little extra effort because some things are harder to dupe than others but in this post I focused on brands I am super interested in personally but that I can’t justify the prices of! I hope these save you guys a bit of money.

Tom Ford Lipstick In Blush Nude Vs. Nyx Butter Lipstick In Boardwalk

Price: $55 Price: $6.50 – $9.68
Shop Now: Beautylish Shop Now: Walmart | Nyx

Tom Ford lipsticks are insanely overpriced. They are nice shades and the formula is nice, but I don’t feel any lipstick is worth over $50! The shade blush nude is a beautiful light pick that looks wonderful on fair skin, but the dupe is just as nice! Nyx butter lipsticks are a great formula and the shade is extremely close.

Glossier Skin Tint Vs. Nyx Bare With Me Tinted Skin Veil

Price: $26 Price: $13
Shop Now: Glossier Shop Now: Amazon | Target | Ulta

Glossier is not an insanely expensive brand, but it is essentially a brand designed for younger people who want a light look. To me, the price is a bit much for some light coverage or natural products. The Glossier Skin Tint is a softcover bb cream like product that is sheer and very lightweight. It gives a really nice glow to the skin and looks extremely natural. The Nyx skin veil is a very similar product. It provides light coverage but is also more buildable than the glossier. It is a tad less glowy, but with a glowy setting spray you can have the same look.

Glossier Gloss Vs. Colourpop So Juicy Gloss

Price: $14 Price: $8.00
Shop Now: Glossier Shop Now: Ulta | Colourpop

$14 for a Gloss is honestly not bad, but these glosses are so easily duped! The Glossier gloss is a very basic shiny gloss and the Colourpop gloss is the exact same product for just a few less dollars!

Charlotte Tilbury Airbrush Finishing Powder Vs. Flower Beauty Light Illusion Perfecting Powder

Price: $45 Price: $8.12 – $13.99
Shop Now: Sephora Shop Now: Walmart | Ulta | Amazon

Okay I am a sucker for Charlotte Tilbury. Her products are elegant, beautiful, and of high quality. I have searched high and low to find comparable products that won’t break the bank. Both of these powders are meant for setting the face. Both have a light soft glow and a light tint to them. These two look extremely similar to the skin.

Hourglass Radiant Light Finishing Powder Vs. Essence Pure Nude Highlight

Price: $48 Price: $5
Shop Now: Sephora Shop Now: Amazon | Ulta

Hourglass is another really tempting brand for me. I always see their gorgeous powders and feel tempted to bite the bullet. However, these powders are just meant to be brushed lightly on and give a soft glow. I felt like I could find something cheaper to do the same thing. Luckily I had something already in my collection! In previous posts, I have mentioned the Essence Pure Nude in the past as a perfect subtle highlight for almost anyone, and it turns out it works as a finishing powder too! If you use a light hand with a soft fluffy brush you can dust it on the high points of your face and have a beautiful light look!

Charlotte Tilbury Pillow Talk Lipstick Vs. Flower Beauty Lipstick in Spiced Petal

Price: $34 Price: $5.59 – $7.99
Shop Now: Sephora Shop Now: Walmart | Amazon | Ulta

Pillow Talk is one of those shades that everyone knows and loves. It is this warm, rosy, nude that is flattering to a lot of skin tones. It seems like a very unique shade but Flower Beauty comes through once again. The shade Spiced Petal is almost nearly identical. Formula wise its a tad more satin than the very matte Charlotte Tilbury but overall its nearly impossible to tell apart the two!

Benefit Hula Caramel Bronzer Vs. Wet N Wild Bronzer in What Shady Beaches

Price: $30 Price: $3.99 – $5.99
Shop Now: Sephora Shop Now: Amazon | Ulta | Walmart

Benefit Hula is a classic and the Caramel shade is a slightly warmer mid-tone shade. I personally find the Hula bronzers to be a bit difficult to blend if I am being honest and a bit too pigmented to blend smoothly and I greatly prefer the dupe from Wet N Wild.  It is much more smooth to blend and less pigmented so it can be built up more gradually. This dupe is a no brainer to me!

Tatcha Silk Canvas Primer Vs. Elf Poreless Putty Primer

Price: $52 Price: $8
Shop Now: Sephora Shop Now: Amazon | Target | Ulta

I can’t believe I haven’t mentioned this dupe yet! This one is taking youtube by storm and everyone is obsessed with the Tatcha primer. It sinks into the pores and leaves a smooth beautiful surface to blend foundation over. Tatcha is pricey but every YouTuber swears it is worth it! Until Elf gave us their dupe! The Poreless Putty Primer is almost completely identical in texture, formula, and results. This $8 primer is absolutely wonderful and feels completely high end. You need to try this one!

Tom Ford Lipstick In Bruised Plum Vs. Milani Black Cherry Lipstick

Price: $55 Price: $3.48 – $5.99
Shop Now: Tom Ford Shop Now: Amazon | Walmart | Ulta

This is another extremely beautiful shade and it is a bit unique, but this Milani dupe totally nails it! You genuinely cannot tell them apart.

Tarte Amazonian Clay Blush in Peaceful Vs. Milani Rose Powder Blush in Blossomtime Rose

Price: $29 Price: $4.15 – $6.99
Shop Now: Sephora Shop Now: Amazon | Walmart | Target

Here is another dupe that I love more than the high-end product. The Tarte Amazonian Clay blushes are very stiff, and they honestly do not last any longer than a typical blush. The color Peaceful is very beautiful so I wanted to find a dupe in a formula I prefer better. Milani makes such great blushes that are pigmented and long-wearing.  Blossomtime Rose is an exact match to Peaceful from Tarte but in a softer finish.

I hope these dupes save you all money and I will keep working hard to make these posts for you! Save that money and look fantastic everyone.
